Golf Avenue is looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist visitors, members, and clients
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain front desk records, supplies, and ensure a tidy reception area
• Provide administrative support to management and staff
• Cashiering Tasks - receiving payments, change management, cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and balance cashier/POS records

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative work preferred
• Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision

Membership Staff

Tugas :

- Menawarkan dan menjual produk membership Golf kepada Calon Member, sesuai target yang telah di tetapkan Perusahaan

- Melakukan follow up dan komunikasi aktif dengan Calon Member & Member yang sudah ada saat ini

- Memberikan informasi lengkap terkait benefit, fasilitas & ketentuan membership

- Mengelola proses administrasi pendaftaran, aktivasi dan perpanjangan Membership

Tanggung Jawab :

- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan Membership

- Menjaga dan meningkatkan hubungan baik serta kepuasan Member

- Memastikan data & administrasi Membership tersusun rapi & akurat

- Menjaga citra Profesional dalam setiap interaksi dengan Member

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan S1, jurusan Marketing / Manajemen

- Pengalaman kerja 3 tahun di bidang dan/atau pada jenis Perusahaan (Golf Company) yang sama

- Memiliki database pemain Golf

- Memiliki latar belakang kerja di Industri Hospitality

- Memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi (lisan dan tulisan) menggunakan bahasa Inggris

- Sanggup bergabung SEGERA dengan lokasi kerja di Halim Perdana Kusuma-Jakarta Timur
