<p>1. Assist in Daily Scheduling</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the Caddy Master in arranging daily caddie schedules, training, supervision.</li>
<li>Arrange caddie assignments based on tee schedules and ensure punctual deployment.</li>
<li>Manage unexpected situations such as last-minute leave, weather disruptions (rain delays/closures), tournament / peak hour adjustments, customer complaints and caddie safety issues.</li>

<p>2.On-Site Operations Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in course patrols, handling on-site issue and supervise caddie service quality, etiquette, and uniform appearance.</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback or on-site incidents promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.</li>
<li>Assist in VIP reception and premium guest service.</li>

<p>3.Training and Guidance Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Train and guide new caddies on golf course rules, distance calling, green reading, cart driving, as well as service etiquette and communication skills.</li>
<li>Conduct on-course inspections and provide immediate corrections on posture, professionalism, divot repair, ball mark fixing, and proper service procedures.</li>

<li>Responsible for managing caddie room and equipment.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining records and report such as daily devlopment records, caddie assignment tracking and monthly reports for payroll processing.</li>
<li>Act as a communication bridge between the supervisor and caddies to convey various announcements and arrangements.</li>
</ul>
<p>5.Event and Ad-Hoc Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the supervisor with special arrangements for tournaments, VIP receptions, and large-scale events.</li>
</ul>
<p>Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in hospitality, sports management, or related field is an advantage.</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience in golf operations or caddie management preferred.</li>
