59Club, the leading provider of customer experience benchmarking and improvement solutions for the golf, leisure, retail, and hospitality industries have announced the appointment of Chris Geraghty as its new Managing Partner for 59Club Asia.

Geraghty brings a wealth of experience from his time managing signature Troon properties across North Africa, Bahrain, and Asia, along with his roles at Stella Di Mare Hotels & Resorts in Egypt and De Vere Hotels in the UK.

With a collection of 59Club accolades that include four 59club Gold Flag Awards across two properties (The Royal Golf Club and Vattanac Golf Resort), and a Silver Flag during Vattanac’s inaugural year with 59club, Geraghty was also honored as the 2023 59club Asia Golf Manager of the Year. His leadership and experience is expected to elevate customer service standards as he collaborates with all 59club affiliate properties to implement changes, enhance reputations, and boost club profitability.

Regarding his new role, Geraghty stated, “Leading the Asia region for 59club is incredibly exciting. I look forward to supporting hospitality business owners, management companies, general managers, and their teams across Asia in delivering exceptional service through globally sourced data, ongoing training, and performance measurement.
