Dubai Golf Appoints Roger Marti as Group Director of Food & Beverage to Drive Hospitality Innovation Across UAE Destinations

Dubai Golf, a leading golf and leisure operator in the UAE, has announced the appointment of Roger Marti as its new Group Director of Food & Beverage. This key leadership role will see Marti spearheading the F&B strategy and operations across Dubai Golf’s renowned properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Marti will oversee the culinary direction for a portfolio that includes Emirates Golf Club, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Yas Links Abu Dhabi, and Yas Acres Golf & Country Club. Collectively, these destinations host over 16 diverse dining venues and banqueting outlets, each known for combining high-quality cuisine with exceptional leisure experiences.

The move underscores Dubai Golf’s continued investment in elevating the guest experience through world-class hospitality and innovative food concepts.

A seasoned professional with more than 17 years of international experience, Marti hails from Spain and holds a Superior Degree in Gastronomy & Hospitality Management from the prestigious Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Barcelona. His career includes entrepreneurial ventures and senior roles with global brands such as Zuma and La Nina, across both Europe and the Middle East.

The group’s venues blend upscale and casual dining, catering to residents, club members, and international visitors alike.
