Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates To Open First Golf Resort and Residences in Dubai

26 September, 2025

Mandarin Oriental has announced plans for its first-ever golf resort, the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates, slated to open in Dubai by 2030. This new property will be the luxury brand's third in the city and will feature a comprehensive offering of resort amenities and branded residences.

Located within the prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates development, the resort is a key part of the area's expansion, known as "The Next Chapter." The project aims to create an integrated lifestyle experience centered on golf, equestrian sports, and wellness.

The resort will feature 121 guest rooms and suites, along with 97 branded residences, ranging from three- to six-bedroom villas. Each residence will be equipped with its own private lounge, meeting space, pool, and fitness areas, providing an exclusive and luxurious living environment.

World-Class Wellness and Leisure

A cornerstone of the new property will be The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a nearly 5,000-square-meter facility offering a wide range of wellness, beauty, and massage treatments. The spa will include separate male and female-only pools, an outdoor meditation area, a barber shop, and a salon. The resort will also have three additional swimming pools and a complete wellness program for guests.

Residents and visitors will have access to the full suite of world-class leisure facilities at Jumeirah Golf Estates. These include an 18-hole championship golf course, a driving range, a golf academy, and a clubhouse with a pro shop, sports bar, gym, and locker rooms. An equestrian center with indoor and outdoor arenas and riding trails will also be available.

Premium Dining and Events

Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah Golf Estates will offer six distinct dining venues, including two restaurants at the Golf Club and a convenient Halfway Hut on the course. The resort will also feature several of Mandarin Oriental's signature dining concepts.

For events, the property will provide extensive meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom and two outdoor venues, making it an ideal location for both corporate and social gatherings.

This ambitious project solidifies Mandarin Oriental's growing presence in Dubai while establishing a new benchmark for luxury golf and lifestyle resorts in the region.
