6 January, 2026

Building on its commitment to regional growth and technical excellence, the company has announced the appointment of Steven Harris as the new Regional Manager – Turf Maintenance Equipment & Agronomy, effective 5 January 2026.

Based out of the Bangkok hub, Harris will spearhead efforts to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth across the region. His role is designed to bridge the gap between high-end equipment solutions and specialized agronomic support.

A Career Rooted in Experience

Harris joins the team with a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in the golf and turf industry. His unique professional trajectory provides a "360-degree" view of the sector, having held leadership roles in both the operational and commercial sides of the business.

His background includes:

  • Dual-Continent Expertise: Extensive experience working across both Australia and the United States, two of the world’s most developed turf markets.
  • Superintendent Foundations: A deep, practical understanding of turf management gained from years on the ground as a Golf Course Superintendent.
  • Commercial Leadership: Proven success as a Golf Sales Manager, focusing on business development, CRM, and inventory management.

Strategic Impact for the Region

The appointment comes at a time when the industry is increasingly focused on the intersection of technology and biology. Harris’s expertise in agronomy—the science of soil management and crop production—paired with his knowledge of maintenance equipment, positions him as a vital resource for partners looking to optimize their operations.

"Steven's well-rounded understanding of both customer needs and operational excellence makes him an invaluable asset," the company stated. "His technical expertise and market insight will be instrumental in driving our regional business forward."

In his new capacity, Harris will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and providing technical guidance to ensure that customers achieve both aesthetic and functional excellence in their turf facilities.

Key Focus Areas for 2026

Under Harris’s management, the regional team is expected to prioritize:

  • Technical Agronomy Support: Helping clients navigate local environmental challenges with data-driven soil and turf solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Leveraging his background in inventory and stakeholder management to streamline equipment life cycles.
  • Sustainable Growth: Implementing long-term strategies that balance commercial success with environmental stewardship.
