Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance
Coordinate with maintenance, F&B, and event teams
Handle guest feedback and service recovery
Lead and develop operational staff
Support tournaments and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sports Management, or related field
5–8 years of experience in Golf Club or hospitality operations
Strong operational and financial understanding
Proven leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
Willing to be placed in Sentul, Bogor

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing premium golf or leisure facilities
Exposure to property or mixed-use developments
Knowledge of golf management systems
