Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

·        Identify potential customers and initiate contact to promote and sell products

·        Answer customer queries about the products in a clear and informative manner

·        Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients

·        Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales

·        Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets

·        Process orders and arrange for delivery of products

·        Participate in trade shows and sales events

·        Provide feedback to the company on product improvements or new products needed in the market

·        Update and maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required

Qualifications:

·        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

·        Previous experience in an administrative and sales is preferred

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail and accuracy
