Job description:
We are looking for a Golf Attendant (Bag Drop) to support daily golf operations by managing bag drop activities and coordinating caddie assignments. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for all players, especially during peak tee times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests at the bag drop area and handle golf bags properly
- Dispatch and coordinate caddies according to tee schedules
- Support overall golf operations to maintain smooth course flow
- Communicate effectively with guests, caddies, and team members
- Maintain professionalism and quality service at all times
Qualifications:
- Able to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours
- Team player with good coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of golf operations or the golf industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
