JOB QUALIFICATION :
Educational Degree – Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration or any related
course
Working Experience – at least 1- 2 years and more related working experience in at the same role
with an up-scale hospitality environment, Understanding and knowledgeable in sales and marketing
Candidates with hospitality or club experience are preferred, though other sales experience will be considered.
Trainings / Seminars Requirement – Excellent Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Seminars ,
Leadership Training
Skills –very good written and verbal communication skills , good interpersonal skills ; excellent
customer service skills
OBJECTIVES AND RELATIONSHIP :
1. Reports directly to Membership Manager and works closely with Membership Supervisor
and Coordinator.
2. To maintain good relations with members and their guests
3. To achieve goals and target sets by the Club in terms of membership and tournament
revenues.
2. To increase active members in accordance with the target sets by the Club.
3. To increase tournaments in accordance with the target sets by the Club.
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for driving membership sales and managing client relationships.
Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible on generating new membership sales, managing existing member
accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Responsible in developing sales strategies that will give sales opportunities.(new
members/clients)
3. Responsible in establishing a good relationship with members and guests
SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES
A. MEMBERSHIP SALES AND MARKETING
1. Meet all set objectives and sales targets laid down by the Club in terms of new membership
and tournaments.
2. To gain new members and tournament clients through various sales & marketing tools (ex.
sales call, social media, etc.)
3. Promotes and produces sales leads; expands market
4. Benchmarking competitor rates, promos, facilities and activities.
5. Review the Club’s rates regularly and helps create new rates structure.
6. Generate and analyze useful insights about costumer needs.
7. Works with existing clients to ensure that they will continue to avail services of the Club
8. Ensures to get new clients and build good relationships with them
9. Suggests innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
10. Performs all other duties/ tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
B. MEMBERSHIP SALES CALL
1. Ensures and monitors prospect clients for sales call appointments.
2. Performs telemarketing for the Membership Department
3. Prepares and reviews membership sales collaterals
4. Conducts on-site client sales call and business presentations
5. Prepares all logistics needed for the scheduled sales call OB trip
6. Assist in updating Sales Call Tracker and Sales Call Report everyday
7.Assist in preparation of the Weekly Sales Report for submission to the Membership
Manager, Finance Officer and General Manager
8. Conducts Client’s on-site ocular visits.
9. Performs all other duties/ tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

C. TOURNAMENTS
C.1. CLUB SPONSORED TOURNAMENTS – Chairmans Cup and Liberica Invitational
Assists in the tournament preparation
Assists in the preparation and logistic needed in the awarding
Assists in monitoring the awarding proper until the event ends
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
C.2. REGULAR MEMBERS TOURNAMENTS
Assists in the tournament preparation
Assists in the preparation and logistic needed in the awarding
Assists in monitoring the awarding proper until the event ends
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
C.3. MEMBERS SPONSORED TOURNAMENTS
Member-sponsored golf tournaments are handled by the Membership Department.
Attends meeting with the client; answers all clients queries
Sets date and coordinates with APMI Sales to block-off client’s chosen event venue
Assists in the Client’s ocular site visit
Coordinates with CAI for the food tasting and Food&Beverage requirement
Prepares proposal and client contract for review of the membership Manager and for
approval of the General Manager
Prepares tournament’s internal breakdown for certified of Finance Officer
Assists in the preparation of Banquet Event Order of the tournament
Maintains close coordination with other departments and ensures that all BEO
requirements are being followed
Assists in the preparation and logistic needed in the awarding
Assists in monitoring the awarding proper until the event ends
Monitors end-to-end client events/tournaments
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
C.4. CORPORATE OR NON-MEMBER TOURNAMENTS
Attends meeting with the client; answers all clients queries
Sets date and coordinates with APMI Sales to block-off client’s chosen event venue
Assists in the Client’s ocular site visit
Coordinates with CAI for the food tasting and Food&Beverage requirement
Prepares the following documents for closed tournament accounts in coordination
with the Membership Sales Coordinator;
– Prepare client proposal and contracts
– Banquet event order or Action memo for the materialized accounts and even
Club’s events
– Prepare Banquet event order or Action memo addendums and amendments
– Prepares tournament’s internal breakdown for certified of Finance Officer
Maintains close coordination with other departments and ensures that all BEO
requirements are being followed
Assists in the preparation and logistic needed in the awarding
Assists in monitoring the awarding proper until the event ends
Monitors end-to-end client events/tournaments
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
