Job Description:

• Assist in daily golf operations and ensure smooth course activities.
• Support scheduling and coordination of caddies and golf activities.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Help monitor golf course operations, player flow, and on-site activities.
• Support tournament preparations, events, and VIP arrangements.
• Assist in maintaining records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Ensure golf operation areas are organized and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Sports Management, Tourism, or related field.
• Passionate and interested in golf operations and hospitality industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an advantage.
