Five Iron Golf has opened its second location in Dubai, situated in the Damac Towers by Paramount in Business Bay. This expansion follows the successful launch of its first UAE venue at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina in 2024.

The new 6,500-square-foot facility is positioned near key landmarks including the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. It aims to serve professionals, residents, and visitors looking for convenient leisure and networking options in Dubai’s commercial district.

The Business Bay site addresses growing demand for indoor entertainment venues that can operate year-round, particularly during the hot summer months.

• Five Trackman-powered golf simulators equipped with multi-angle swing analysis technology and virtual access to hundreds of international golf courses.
• Three multisport simulators offering interactive experiences in football, disc golf, and other skill-based games.
• A private simulator room suitable for small group gatherings, client entertainment, and corporate events.
• Flexible booking options for casual play, leagues, and private functions.
• Callaway club fitting services, allowing players to test equipment and performance data.

In addition to golf and sports simulation, the venue functions as a hospitality-led entertainment destination, featuring a full-service bar, lounge seating, and social games such as pool and darts.
