Job Description
- Overseeing tee box operations efficiently and ensuring timely tee-offs.
- Coordinating schedules with the Golfing Office for seamless play.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the tee box area.
- Monitoring golfers’ conduct and pace of play to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Providing essential information and guidance to golfers before play.
- Ensuring readiness of equipment and resources for each round.
- Enforcing club rules and standards with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assisting with course maintenance checks and inspections.
- Managing lost and found items responsibly.
- Offering support and assistance to golfers whenever needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of ‘N’ levels or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to perform a range of operational duties, including:
- Serving as Course Starter
- Assisting with portering and buggy setup
- Managing caddy operations
- Handling general golf administration tasks
- Familiarity with Tournament Operations and knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient communication in English for speaking, writing, and reading.
- Sound knowledge of golf is advantageous.
