About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing all food and beverage operations at our prestigious golf club. As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. This role is integral to enhancing the overall member experience and contributing to the club’s reputation as a premier destination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and member dining areas
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability whilst maintaining quality standards
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support personnel
• Develop and implement menus, promotional events, and special dining experiences tailored to member preferences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout all food and beverage areas
• Maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
• Address member complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure member satisfaction
• Collaborate with club management and other departments to coordinate events, tournaments, and special occasions
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and guest experience
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to maintain high service standards

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within a hospitality setting, preferably in a club, resort, or upscale venue
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, menu planning, and restaurant management
• Proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with members, guests, and staff at all levels
• Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in F&B management software and point-of-sale systems
• Hospitality management certification or relevant qualification is advantageous
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
