Overseeing daily operations of the golf course, clubhouse, accommodations, restaurants, spa, and event spaces. Step in to manage the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth coordination between different departments (front desk, F&B, golf operations, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest or member complaints professionally
• Build strong relationships with club members and VIP guests to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee bookings, event coordination, and special requests
• Assist in the management of the golf course schedule, tournaments, tee time reservations, and player experience
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff across various departments
• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and budgets
• Coordinate with event planners for weddings, corporate events, tournaments, and private parties
• Work with maintenance and housekeeping teams to keep all areas clean, safe, and welcoming
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are met (especially food, fire, pool, and alcohol regulations)
