The Asia Golf Tourism Convention (AGTC) is a significant annual event that unites golf tourism professionals, including golf tour operators, golf course managers, and related suppliers. Organized by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO), the convention rotates among major cities in Asia, and Da Nang will host it for the second time.
Scheduled for March 30 to April 5, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort & Convention Center, AGTC 2025 will feature several key components, including:
The event is expected to attract around 450 delegates, including approximately 350 international representatives from over 35 countries and territories, all of whom are official IAGTO members, along with 100 domestic delegates from Vietnam’s tourism and golf sectors.
The primary objective of AGTC 2025 is to showcase Da Nang’s exceptional golf tourism infrastructure and its potential to attract international interest. This initiative supports Da Nang’s goal of becoming “Asia’s Leading Festival and Event Destination.” Additionally, the convention will provide valuable networking opportunities for local golf tourism businesses, enabling them to connect with prominent international operators.
