
The Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation (APGC), representing over 40 member countries and governing the region's premier amateur golf championships, has announced its official 2026 tournament calendar. This schedule provides a structured competitive pathway for male and female amateur golfers across various age groups and formats, including juniors, mid-amateurs, seniors, elite individuals, and team events.
The 2026 calendar features nine championships hosted across six countries and territories: China, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. Flagship events include the Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific, the Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship, the Queen Sirikit Cup, and the Nomura Cup.
APGC Chairman Philip Hassall noted the impressive lineup and expressed thanks to partners, sponsors, hosting associations, and venues. Championship Committee Chairman Bones Floro highlighted that the diverse tournaments and outstanding venues promise a memorable year for amateur golf in the region, emphasizing the unique mix of cultures, languages, and backgrounds among participants.
