Club Nine Bridges, a premier destination on Jeju Island, has been crowned the top golf course in Korea, marking a significant milestone in the revitalization of the nation's golf media landscape.

The accolade was presented during the inaugural Golf Magazine Korea Reboot Korea Top 30 Courses Awards Ceremony, hosted by Pacific Links Korea (PLK) and the newly established Golf Magazine Korea. The event took place at Josun Palace Seoul Gangnam in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Club Nine Bridges, located in Seogwipo, Jeju Island, secured the coveted number one ranking after an extensive evaluation based on six critical criteria: shot value, difficulty, design diversity, memorability, aesthetics, and course management.

Following closely behind the top winner was Haesley Nine Bridges (Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province) in second place, and Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea (Incheon) in third.

A New Vision for Korean Golf Media

The awards ceremony represents a major step in the vision of Pacific Links Korea, a global premium golf lifestyle platform. PLK recently established Golf Magazine Korea following a licensing agreement with Evy Golf, an affiliate of 8AM, which operates Golf Magazine and Golf.com.

Chairman Wang Wol of PLK emphasized the strategic direction for the new venture. "We plan to maintain Golf Magazine Korea as an offline publication with rarity, prestige, and collectible value," he stated, adding that the goal is to develop it into a "comprehensive media platform by integrating digital content, community, and events in connection with platforms such as Golf.com."

Golf Magazine Korea plans to significantly expand its coverage with new, detailed rankings in the future, including the Top 10 Golf Clubs, Top 10 Resorts, Top 10 Golf Communities, Top 10 Gourmet Golf Courses, and Top 10 Member Experience Golf Courses.
