Dasan Beachae Golf & Resort and YJC Golf Club Sign Mutual Cooperation Agreement

9 July, 2026

Dasan Beachae Golf & Resort in Gangjin, South Jeolla Province, and YJC Golf Club in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, have entered into a strategic partnership to enhance member services and stimulate golf tourism between the Seoul metropolitan area and the southern region.
On July 6, the two clubs formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation. The signing ceremony was attended by Heunggil Kim, President of Dasan Beachae Golf & Resort, Dohun Kim, CEO of YJC Golf Club, and senior officials from both organizations.

Key Areas of Collaboration
Under the agreement, the clubs will cooperate across several important initiatives:

  • Member Exchange Programs: Expanding reciprocal benefits and access for members of both clubs.
  • Joint Marketing Activities: Coordinated promotional efforts to attract more golfers.
  • Sharing of Operational Know-How: Exchange of best practices to improve course management and service standards.

These efforts are designed to deliver greater value to members while elevating overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
Boosting Regional Golf Tourism

Both parties anticipate that the partnership will extend beyond member perks to play a meaningful role in revitalizing golf tourism in South Korea. By linking the densely populated Seoul metropolitan region with the southern golf destination of Gangjin, the collaboration is expected to drive increased visitor traffic, benefiting local economies and the broader tourism industry.

Commenting on the agreement, Heunggil Kim, President of Dasan Beachae Golf & Resort, stated:
“We will continue to expand our collaborative network with various golf clubs to provide our members with a wider range of benefits and high-quality services. We will do our utmost to enhance customer satisfaction.”

This partnership reflects a growing trend in the Korean golf industry, where strategic alliances between clubs in different regions are being leveraged to create stronger value propositions for members and support sustainable growth in golf tourism.
