Job Description :

• Responsible for Annual Management Plan (AMP).
• Develop and prepare forecasts for all operating revenue & expenses.
• Ensure operations of golf & recreations activities are run efficiently.
• Advice on course condition and ensure at presentable condition.
• Able to organize and run all Golf club events.
• Responsible for buggy condition and operations of buggy fleet.
• Able to operate and manage a caddy fleet.
• Design and implement marketing and sales strategy.
• Able to coordinate with sales personnel such as promoting golf tournaments, competition, seminar/clinic, handicap & proficiency test, etc.
• Knowledgeable in Malaysian Golf Association (MGA) rules & regulations.
• Familiarize golfers, guests, and agents with golf activities and facilities through tours of the golf courses and resorts acquaint and encourage guests to participate in the golfing activities available at the resorts.
• Coordination with Disciplinary Committee.
• Oversee customer services on Online Golf Booking.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Professional Golf Management or other relevant professional certification.
• Minimum 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Senior Executive / Manager specialized in Golf Club management or equivalent
