Job Description

1.      To assist and report in advance to superior with regards to golf operations, activities, and daily modus operandi.

2.      To assist and manage day-to-day golf operations and frontline activities to ensure smooth execution.

3.      To assist and coordinate participant arrangements, including communication, scheduling, and on-site assistance.

4.      To assist in handling golf bookings, confirmations, scheduling, and coordination for golf activities and events.

5.      To assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, correspondence, and operational documentation.

6.      To assist in organized filing systems and databases for golfers’ records, bookings, insurance, and tournament documentation.

7.      To assist in providing excellent customer service by attending to golfers’ inquiries, concerns, and operational needs.

8.      To assist with golfers’ registration, payment processing, and related documentation.

9.      To assist and manage all golfers’ insurance matters, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.

10.  To assist in facility and golf course booking and scheduling for golf activities and tournaments.

11.  To assist and support the planning, implementation, and management of golf tournaments and related events.

12.  To assist with all matters regarding golf activities, including updates, reviews, handicap-related queries, and operational coordination.

13.  To assist in ensuring smooth play on the golf course at all times, including monitoring tee-off times and slow play issues.

14.  To assist in liaising with the Accounts Department on the collection, recording, and accounting of all golf-related fees.

15.  To assist in uploading golfers’ scores to the National Handicap System accurately and in a timely manner.

16.  To assist in preparing operational reports, summaries, and documentation as and when required by management.

17.  To assist in acting as the focal person for all golf operation matters and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
