Job Responsibilities:

Manage overall golf operations including golf management systems, buggy operations, procurement, tenders, and compliance with Club Rules and Bye-Laws.

Handle members’ feedback and complaints, investigate and report dangerous play incidents, maintain proper records, and support relevant committee meetings as required.

Coordinate and execute club tournaments, inter-club leagues, junior championships, corporate events, and private functions to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and develop the team through regular meetings, training, performance target setting, appraisals, and structured development plans for Starters and Marshals.
Review and improve SOPs, manage budgeting and expense forecasting, communicate policies and updates effectively, and ensure high service standards to enhance members’ golfing experience.

Job Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Golf, Sports, Business, or Turf Management, with several years of experience in golf club or course operations, including supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee staff performance, training, and daily operations.
Sound knowledge of golf operations, course maintenance principles, club rules, and tournament management.

Good financial acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting, procurement, and member relations.
