About the role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Golf Registration to join our team at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort in Petaling Jaya Selangor. As a Golf Registration, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic hospitality organisation.

What you’ll be doing

1. Greet and welcome guests/visitor in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
3. Handle reservations, cancellations, and confirmations.
4. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reservations, and membership details.
5. To ensure all billing is sorted according to the bill numbers
6. Contribute to the overall positive guest experience by upholding high standards of customer service
7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and registration area.

What we’re looking for

1. Prior experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle guest queries and requests efficiently
4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
5. Flexible and dedicated professional available to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules as needed.
6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate in additional languages preferred
