About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive, social media and content to produce engaging short-form content for our social platforms, covering golf lifestyle, equipment, coaching, and community experiences. This hands-on role involves filming, editing, and publishing social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content around: Academy coaching tips, Custom fitting experiences, Community golf events, Brand collaborations, and Store highlights.
  • Capture lifestyle and behind-the-scenes moments that bring golf culture to life.

Social Media Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the social media content calendar.
  • Write captions and prepare posts for publishing.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and formats.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices.

Video Production

  • Operate camera and lighting equipment for content shoots.
  • Film across various locations, including stores, academies, fitting studios, and events.
  • Edit videos using modern tools to ensure fast turnaround times.

Content Coverage

  • Support filming during: Golf events, Product launches, Community activations, and Brand campaigns.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
  • Experiment with new content formats and storytelling approaches.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or social media
  • Proven experience producing short-form video content for social platforms

Skills

  • Strong video shooting and editing capabilities
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
  • Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as retail stores and live events
  • Passionate about storytelling and digital content creation
  • Interest in sports, lifestyle, or golf is an advantage
