Vattanac Golf Resort, one of Southeast Asia's premier golfing destinations, has announced the promotion of James Durkin to the position of Director of Golf.
Since joining the resort in 2022, Durkin has been instrumental in refining operations and elevating the world-class guest experience at the Cambodian facility. His dedication to excellence was recently recognised by his nomination for the prestigious 59club Global Manager of the Year award.
In his new role, Durkin will oversee all aspects of golf operations, with a continued focus on delivering the exceptional service required to advance Vattanac Golf Resort’s position as a leader in international golf tourism and a cornerstone of the emerging Cambodian market.

Durkin has held previous senior retail and golf operations roles across prestigious facilities in the Middle East.
