DreamFolks Services Limited has officially launched the DreamFolks Club Nagavalli Wilderness Estate, a private club situated along the Odisha–Andhra Pradesh border in the Eastern Ghats.
Spread across approximately 30 acres—which includes a 25-acre golf course—the property blends golf, outdoor adventure, regional culture, and nature experiences. The project reflects shifting luxury travel trends, with travelers increasingly favoring authentic local connections and unique destinations.
The estate derives its name from the Nagavalli River, which flows between the main estate and the golf course while serving as the geographic boundary between Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. This positioning creates a distinct cross-state layout, allowing golfers to tee off from the Odisha side of the river and land their ball in Andhra Pradesh.
In addition to golfing, the estate offers members outdoor adventure activities and nature access throughout the surrounding hills. Visitors can experience regional cuisine, explore local art and craft forms, and engage with tribal traditions and performances native to the long-standing local communities.
