Based in Dubai, Boyer will oversee the development and execution of Fairmont’s global golf vision, leveraging over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and international sporting platforms.

A Career Defined by Sport and Hospitality

A lifelong golfer and competitive amateur with a +2.3 handicap, Boyer’s professional trajectory has consistently sat at the intersection of performance and hospitality.

  • Early Career: At Groupe Barrière, Boyer served as Sports Sales Manager. He is credited with developing a commercial model that positioned golf as a primary driver of profitability and a key brand differentiator.

  • Accor Headquarters: Prior to this appointment, Boyer managed sports-related strategies across Accor’s 5,500+ global properties. His portfolio included involvement in major international events, including:

    • Paris 2024 Olympic Games
    • Rugby World Cup
    • Roland-Garros
