Hong Kong-based Golf Lifestyle Group (GLGHK), a provider of golf services across Asia, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to US$30 million through an initial public offering.
The company plans to offer 5 million shares priced between US$5 and US$7. At the midpoint of that range, GLGHK would have a market capitalisation of approximately US$83 million. It intends to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GLG.
Founded in 2012, Golf Lifestyle Group has built an integrated ecosystem that includes golf services, lifestyle membership programmes, curated events, travel packages and digital platforms. Its primary revenue stream comes from group services, which cover professional golf training, business networking and team-building activities for corporate clients and private groups. Additional income is generated through golf event management and promotion, as well as golf card services.
For the 12 months ended 30 June 2026, the company reported revenue of US$2 million. It first filed confidentially with the SEC on 23 March 2026. Pacific Century Securities is acting as the sole bookrunner on the offering.
