The Singapore Golf Association (SGA) has been recognized for its outstanding achievements in corporate governance for the second year in a row at the 12th Charity Transparency Award ceremony.
This award, organized by the Charity Council, was created back in 2012 to encourage transparency and good governance in the charity sector. At the recent ceremony at ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay, the SGA was one of 109 organizations celebrated for their top-notch corporate practices.
Joshua Ho, the General Manager of SGA, accepted the award from Desmond Chin, the Commissioner of Charities. He shared, “It’s fantastic to receive the Charity Transparency Award for the second year running. It really highlights the strong corporate governance at the SGA. We’re committed to maintaining these high standards with the support of our Executive Board, Governing Council, and Sub-Committee members.”
