NeoLiv has announced a significant investment of Rs 500 crore to develop a 47-acre golf-led luxury plotted township in Faridabad, marking a notable addition to the city’s premium residential landscape.
The project has already witnessed strong market interest, with the company selling inventory worth Rs 1,251 crore shortly after launching 285 plots priced between Rs 2.88 crore and Rs 9.94 crore.
Being developed through a development management contract with an established regional player, the township is slated for completion by March 2031.

Faridabad’s rising prominence as one of the fastest-growing micro-markets in the National Capital Region (NCR) has been bolstered by the operational Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The city continues to attract demand for premium plotted developments, supported by well-established social infrastructure, including leading healthcare facilities such as Amrita Hospital and several reputed educational institutions.
This development reflects the growing appetite among homebuyers for low-density, lifestyle-oriented luxury housing in well-connected satellite markets of Delhi-NCR.
