BANGKOK, Thailand — Reignwood Park, a 2,000-rai mixed-use mega-development in Pathum Thani, has maintained its winning streak at the annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, earning top accolades across two consecutive years.
Following its major win in 2025, the development secured another title at the 2026 awards ceremony.
In 2025, Reignwood Park was awarded "Best Luxury Mega Township Development" at the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. The category was introduced as a new award classification for 2025 to reflect changing consumer demands and evolving real estate development formats in Thailand. Qualifying projects required an integration of residential properties, commercial centers, educational institutions, or healthcare facilities, with project completion scheduled between January 2024 and December 2028.
Following its national recognition, the project advanced as Thailand's representative to compete for the "Best in Asia" title at the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.
Continuing its momentum in 2026, Reignwood Park received the "Best Township Masterplan Design" honor at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
In a public statement regarding the 2026 accolade, Reignwood Park stated:
"This recognition reflects Reignwood Group’s commitment to creating more than a residential development - a thoughtfully designed community for multi-generational living, where nature, residences, education, wellbeing, sport and lifestyle come together as one connected ecosystem.
The award is a testament to the dedication of everyone who has helped shape Reignwood Park into a community designed for meaningful living at every stage of life.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our members, residents, business partners and the entire Reignwood Group team for their continued trust and support."

Developed by Reignwood Group—founded by Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungruang—Reignwood Park represents an overall investment value of 50 billion baht.
According to Ms. Worapanit Ruayrungruang, CEO of Reignwood Group, the development originally began as a private residence and personal golf course for her father before expanding into a large-scale mixed-use community.
At 2,000 rai, Reignwood Park's footprint significantly surpasses other major mega-projects in the region, including One Bangkok (108 rai) and The Forestias (398 rai), making it more than four times the size of the latter.
