BANGKOK, Thailand — Reignwood Park, a 2,000-rai mixed-use mega-development in Pathum Thani, was awarded "Best Luxury Mega Township Development" at the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2025. Following this national recognition, the project advanced as Thailand's representative to compete for the "Best in Asia" title at the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

The "Best Luxury Mega Township Development" category was introduced as a new award classification for 2025 to reflect changing consumer demands and evolving real estate development formats in Thailand. Qualifying developments must encompass residential properties, commercial centers, educational institutions, or healthcare facilities, with project completion scheduled between January 2024 and December 2028.

Project Origins and Scale

Developed by Reignwood Group, founded by Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungruang, Reignwood Park represents an investment value of 50 billion baht.

According to Ms. Worapanit Ruayrungruang, CEO of Reignwood Group, the project originally began as a private residence and personal golf course for her father before expanding into a large-scale mixed-use community.

At 2,000 rai, Reignwood Park's footprint significantly surpasses other notable mega-projects in the region, such as One Bangkok (108 rai) and The Forestias (398 rai), making it more than four times the size of the latter.

Regarding the overall vision for the development, Ms. Worapanit stated: "The Reignwood Park project will reinforce Thailand's strength as an important landmark that bridges two cultures from two sides of the world, creating unique architecture from both Western and Eastern worlds within the project. We expect this project to be a space for happy living every day for people of all generations, while also helping to elevate the development standards of the region."

Residential Offerings

The residential portion of Reignwood Park features four exclusive projects totaling approximately 700 units across multi-phase developments:

• REIGNWOOD ESTATE: Custom-built ultra-luxury mansions developed under a bespoke design concept, allowing homebuyers to customize their residences alongside national and international designers.
• REIGNWOOD SERENO: Single-detached luxury homes featuring a usable area of 309 square meters.
• REIGNWOOD SONIA: Single-detached residential homes situated on 80-square-wah land plots with 180 square meters of usable area, available in both Classic and Modern architectural styles.
• REIGNWOOD SANCTIA: A low-rise condominium development.

The initial phases are scheduled for progressive completion through 2027.
