Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) has appointed Maki Shinoda as the General Manager of PXG Japan. Shinoda will oversee the company's overall operations in the region, focusing on financial performance, strategic planning, marketing, retail, and sales growth.
Japan remains a key growth region for the Scottsdale-based golf equipment and apparel brand. PXG serves local consumers through a network of authorized retail partners alongside its flagship PXG Aoyama location in Tokyo. These distribution channels offer custom golf club fittings, equipment, apparel, and accessories.

Shinoda joins PXG with over 30 years of executive leadership experience across consumer retail, sporting goods, healthcare, media, ecommerce, and golf. He has previously held management positions at prominent organizations, including Nike, Amazon, DAZN, Toys“R”Us, Bausch + Lomb, Bridgestone, and Playaz4Playaz. Shinoda is fluent in Japanese and English.
